This is where we sit down and discuss the project together. We go over the project brief, and establish the scope of the work and the cost. Then, once the written agreement and contract has been prepared and signed, we begin the project.
The first step to build a great website, is to plan and build a wireframe. This includes paying attention to layout, font size, and visual hierarchy. We then organize how the information is structured. This is to ensure that what we are creating is clear.
The first draft is the first take on the project. We get an initial product out there, and discuss it thoroughly. We make notes on the changes that need to be implemented, and work towards creating a final product.
This is where we create a final product for the end user. This is what the audience gets to see. Once the final product has been approved, the project is considered complete. Afterwards, we offer one month of additional support at no extra cost.
We will provide one month of additional website maintenance for free once the project is complete. This is where I offer additional support for custom web design services, however this does not change the original project scope.

We do provide basic graphic design services, and can design logos and brochures in accompaniment to your website. While print is not the forefront of our business’ focus, we do offer some basic graphic design services.
Yes we do accept credit card payments. You can pay an invoice online via credit card, through the Wave accounting application we use. We also accept e-transfers, checks, and cash.
Depending on how large the project is, some projects may have a written proposal and agreement outlining the scope of the work. On occasion, both signatures; from myself and from the client, may be required to start the project.
Our average turn around time is between 4 to 6 weeks, to design and develop fully fleshed out websites built and integrated with advanced content management systems.
